How many sites can spread the same nonsense. You do NOT get VOIP without wires.. you still need to have wires to get the internet service into your house. Once there, using traditional phone-jack based cordless phones doesn't get you ANY advantage vs having had the traditional phone company line into the house and hooking the cordless phone system to that. Still a service wire into the house, and a cordless phone network attached to that. The only benefit with the described VOIP option is you should have a lower phone bill. The downside is when there is a power failure, you probably will not have phone service. Really? How many sites can spread the same nonsense.
